TRAPPIST AMBER ALE
This attractive copper beer was the first beer brewed by the Trappist fathers of the Notre-Dame de Scourmont Abbey at Chimay back in 1862. At 7% abv, it is eminently drinkable, with a silky mouthfeel, sweet fruit aroma and a pleasant bitter hop finish. Somehow, just one never seems enough!
FOOD & BEER:
Matches up perfectly with slow roasted pork and casseroled chicken, and is also the ideal parry to strong hard cheeses.
