  • Beavertown 8 Ball
  • Beavertown 8 Ball

    RYE IPA

    London, England
BEER NOTES: 8 Ball is a mash up of spicy rye and zesty hops. The name comes from the pool balls used to weigh the hop sack down in the beer from the home brewing days of Beavertown. The use of citra and other citrusy hops has added a new dimension to a traditionally yeasty, almost spicy style. The balance of hops and malt works very well to create a rounded IPA.
FOOD & BEER: First brewed at Hackney's Duke's Brew & Que, this beer is designed to go with pork and particularly ribs. The rye matches spice rubs and sweet meat, while the hops cut through any fat.
    BEER INFORMATION: 24 x 330ml can, 30 litre kegs (6.2% abv)

  • Beavertown Black Betty
  • Beavertown Black Betty

    BLACK IPA

    London, England
BEER NOTES: The big daddy of the Beavertown collection. When you see it you expect huge chocolate and coffee flavours like a stout, but the use of a few German malts usually used in dark lager cause a jet black colour with just a hint of roasted malt flavour. The use of columbus, citra and chinook hops make for an intense citrus experience. At 7.4% it is no wuss either, so treat Betty with respect.
FOOD & BEER: Nothing could match this better than some chargrilled sticky beef ribs, or for luxury a gorgeous steak. The heavier the meat the better for this beer as it`s flavour would mask anything on the lighter side of the flavour tree.
    BEER INFORMATION: 24 x 330ml can (7.4% abv)

  • Beavertown Gamma Ray
  • Beavertown Gamma Ray

    American pale ale

    London, England
BEER NOTES: Big, hoppy and fresh. Juicy American hops are added in ever increasing amounts at the end of the boil and in the fermenter to give this beer huge flavour. Gamma Ray packs a huge punch of floral and tropical aromas and the lasting bitterness makes for a banging American Pale Ale.
FOOD & BEER: Pairs well with fruity curries and spicy dishes that pack a bit of a kick. Also good with meaty fish.
    BEER INFORMATION: 24 x 330ml can, 30 litre kegs (5.4% abv)

  • Beavertown Lupuloid
  • Beavertown Lupuloid

    IPA

    London, England
BEER NOTES: After months of experimentation and test batch brews Beavertown have finally unleashed their core IPA, Lupuloid. Made with tonnes of juicy American hops the aroma of the beer is loaded with tropical mango, grapefruit and lychee, without a hint of the West Coast pine or resin. On the palate you get lots of perceived sweetness from the fruity hops before a crisp, dry finish that cleans it all up nicely. A very, very drinkable IPA for the abv.
FOOD & BEER: Best on its own, or enjoy with a fruity curry.
    BEER INFORMATION: 24 x 330ml cans & 30l kegs

  • Beavertown Neck Oil
  • Beavertown Neck Oil

    SESSION IPA

    London, England
BEER NOTES: Session IPAs are all the rage now in the US, and the UK is just discovering what a good idea they are. Neck Oil packs the same flavours you would expect from its stronger IPA cousins, but at 4.3% it's much easier to drink. There is a lot of citrusy green hop in the aroma and a light but full-bodied mouthfeel, leading to a big bitter finish.
FOOD & BEER: A good match with fish and curries because the hops cut right through. It's also great with barbecue food, as well as a pulled pork.
    BEER INFORMATION: 24 x 330ml can, 30 litre kegs (4.3% abv)

  • Beavertown Smog Rocket
  • Beavertown Smog Rocket

    Porter

    London, England
BEER NOTES: An original homebrew recipe by Beavertown's founder Logan Plant, Smog Rocket uses nine different malts including a good chunk of smoked "rauchmaltz" from Bamburg, Germany. It adds a smokiness to the rich molasses, raisin and caramel flavours, which are balanced with big hits of US hop bitterness. Inspired by London's industrial revolution, when smog filled the air and porter was the beer of the people.
FOOD & BEER: This beer was brewed specifically to match smoked beef ribs, and is fantastic with any barbecued meat. But it would also be great with hard cheese.
    BEER INFORMATION: 24 x 330ml can, 30 litre kegs (5.4% abv)
