Kona Hanalei IPA launches on draught!
After the successful launch of Kona Hanalei IPA in the UK last summer, Cave Direct are excited to announce the launch of the draught version at the Beer Merchants Tap on 5th May.
Brewed with native Hawaiian fruits passionfruit, orange and guava, Hanalei session IPA is the perfect summer beer combining big juicy flavours while still being incredibly drinkable. On draught the fruitiness is extra pronounced, with some very gentle tartness. It is a beer born to be drunk by the pint.
Head of marketing, Jonny Garrett, says: “As soon as we tried Hanalei in bottle we knew we needed to get it in on draught. It’s crazy drinkable and a great partner for Big Wave on the bar as it’s richer in flavour but still really accessible.”
To celebrate the launch and the start of summer (fingers crossed) on 5th May Cave will host a weekend-long beach party at the Beer Merchants Tap with deck chairs, lanterns, ukulele tunes, and a special menu from Salty Loins using the Kona beers. The festivities kick off at midday on Saturday 5th May.
The beer will be launching at bars all over the UK, so if you are nearby make sure you drop in. The locations are below:
Lola Jean, Newcastle (Friday)
The Reed, Liverpool (Sunday)
Liars Club, Manchester (Saturday)
Duke of Edinburgh, Brixton (Saturday)
