Giesinger Innovator

It's just not enough to brew a beer with at least 18% original gravity to be able to call it a Doppelbock. For the coveted ending –ator, it – the Doppelbock – must also be dark. These are the rules. With our Ator we go a little further: a two-week fermentation process and 8-week storage make it particularly pleasant and well-rounded. We brewed the innovator to unite the two churches that are our neighbors in Giesing. Because whether Catholic or Protestant - we think you can get closer over a beer.
