Nachmelená Hruška was made by co-fermenting Herefordshire perry pears and wort made in the style of a Czech světlý ležák (light lager), using Czech grown barley and, for this third edition, US Centennial hops. The resulting beer conditioned in-bottle for 8 months prior to release.
