Omnipollo HOPEWELL IMPERIAL COCONUT VANILLA WALNUT COFFEE STOUT (x The Veil & TROON)

A big, adjunct-layered imperial stout inspired by our collaborations with Troon and The Veil. Troon is a small-batch brewery with a cult following, known for their highly sought-after hoppy beers, which they release exclusively in growlers straight from the brewery. Their approach is hands-on and small-scale, creating some of the most expressive beers in the scene. The Veil, on the other hand, has built a global reputation for their innovative brewing, excelling in both hop-forward styles and rich, decadent imperial stouts. Hopewell takes inspiration from both breweries, blending techniques to create a non-barrel-aged stout that is bold, smooth, and indulgent, packed with multiple adjuncts to add layers of complexity and balance.
