Inspired by the cinnamon roll (“kanelbulle”), this beer channels the warmth of butter, cinnamon, and cardamom, baked into the soul of Scandinavian coffee culture. • A collaboration originally brewed with Boston-based Trillium—known for their mastery of both hoppy and dark beers—this updated version is crafted at the church using a base of multi-year bourbon barrel-aged imperial stout. • Infused with fresh cinnamon, cassia bark, vanilla, coconut, and a whisper of cardamom for layered sweetness.
