Omnipollo Raw Beer

An experimental double IPA that never undergoes the traditional boil, preserving the raw, natural character of grains and hops. Built on a soft foundation of oats, wheat, and Pilsner malt, it’s intensely dry-hopped to maximize aroma while minimizing bitterness.
