An experimental double IPA that never undergoes the traditional boil, preserving the raw, natural character of grains and hops. Built on a soft foundation of oats, wheat, and Pilsner malt, it’s intensely dry-hopped to maximize aroma while minimizing bitterness. Expect a smooth, hazy body with bright notes of fresh citrus and tropical fruits, delicate grain sweetness, and a unique soft mouthfeel — the ”sushi” of double IPAs: raw, unfiltered, and purely expressive.
