Here we go, Põhjala are back with a new pre-order that does exactly what they do best, taking familiar styles and pushing them somewhere darker, sharper or more unexpected, without losing drinkability.
On this pre-order, the focus is firmly on brand new releases. A brand new SKU Limoncello IPA brings bright citrus intensity and a clean IPA backbone, dialled for punch rather than sweetness. For the stout lovers, we have OO Raspberry a classic Imperial Baltic Porter which sits squarely in Põhjala’s wheelhouse, deep, rich and structured, but with buckets full of raspberry cutting through the density. There is also Bonfire Banger that marries notes of toasted marshmallows with a subtle hint of wood-fired smoke, and Coffee Culture, an opulent imperial stout aged in Swedish whisky casks, and infused with speciality coffee from Brazil.
Sour fans, we've got you, with a new variety of Sun City, this time with Coconut, Pineapple and Lime to give a straight-up pina colada vibe. This pre-order shows the full range of what Põhjala do well, hops, sours and dark beers all treated with the same level of intent.
This shipment is due to leave the brewery the first week of March and will ship out to you once it lands with us towards the end of March.
