Cave Direct will launch with a select core range of Sierra Nevada Pale Ale, California IPA, Crisp Little Things and Torpedo. As well as the permanently available core range, Cave Direct will be offering a wider range of Sierra Nevada specials on a presales basis to ensure freshness

Pale Ale is a medium-bodied beer packed with flavour and complexity from the use of premium malt and whole-cone Cascade hops. It has a bright, flowery, and citrus flavor balanced by a toasted and slightly sweet malt body. The aroma is big and fragrant in what has become known as the “Sierra Nevada style."
